RESERVATION POLICY

  • Check-In Time: 4pm
  • Check-Out Time: 10am

DEPOSIT INFORMATION

  • A deposit of the first night’s room/package rate, and tax will be taken at the time your reservation is made. This is deposit is fully refundable up to 72 hours prior to your arrival.
  • Taxes and Government Fees: Room rates and charges are subject to governmentally imposed fees and taxes.

TEE TIMES & DINING RESERVATIONS

  • Advanced Tee Times, reservations, and appointments are encouraged for all golf and evening dining to ensure preferred times.
  • Please see Restaurant Hours of Operation for service hours.

EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY

  • Check in begins at 4:00 PM. If you arrive prior to 4:00 PM, you may check in at our Pro Shop Desk and enjoy our restaurant, golf course, and pool areas until your room becomes available.

EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY

  • Your deposit will be forfeited should you check out prior to your scheduled departure date. If booked with a minimum night requirement, or package rate, you will be charged the full length of your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged one night’s room rate and applicable taxes. Should you need to change or cancel your reservation, please have the confirmation number or the credit card number used to reserve the room available when calling. An advanced deposit of one night plus tax is due at the time of booking.

PET POLICY

  • We consider pets to be an important and valuable member of the family. For their safety and protection, no pets are permitted.
